The First Class of DBA Students Defend their Dissertations

The first group of three (3) students in the Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) program in the College of Economics have successfully defended their dissertations during the Fall 2015 semester.

The first student was Ms. Nadya Shafeeq Almannaee and her dissertation was on “Competency Model Assessment: Participants Reactions in a UAE Oil Company”. She was followed by Ms. Safa Maatouq Almohana whose dissertation was on “An Emperical Investigation of the UAE Stock Markets”. The last defendant was Mr. Ahmad Abdul Fattah Odeh whose research was on “Exploring the Quality of SME Audits in the UAE”.

Detailed profiles of their dissertations will be published in the 2015-2016 edition of the “Profiles of Doctorate Dissertations” publication, which will become available in the Fall 2016 semester.
