Description of the event:The Challenge for Innovation is an annual competition held by the Science and Innovation Park at UAEU during the innovation week as part of its Business Incubator program “I2P”, which stands for Ideas to Prototypes. The purpose of the “Challenge” is to provide participants with knowledge and skills to write and pitch a business plan in one week. Boot camps, workshops and mentoring are designed to inspire participants; help them build a vision, a road map and an action plan; provide them with the tools and techniques to write a concise and persuasive business plan as well as tips to make a compelling pitch to a panel of entrepreneurs and investors. The challenge workshops starts on November 17. The official kick off will be on November 20. The final pitch will be on November 26 and the Awards ceremony will be held on November 28, 2016.
