- The 4th Engineering Student Renewable Energy Competition
The College of Engineering organized the 4th Engineering Student Renewable Energy Competition,
with the participation of 54 teams from 11 universities from inside and outside the country. 15 experts
from various engineering and industrial sectors evaluated the students’ projects and innovations in
energy before choosing the winners.
- UAEU French Day
The Department of Translation Studies in collaboration with Institut Français, the French Institute
at the French Embassy in Abu Dhabi, hosted the 3rd French Day. The event included a French
breakfast, French cooking show, a quiz about the French culture, tips on how to study in France, and
a presentation by Emirati fashion designer Mrs. Abeer Al-Suwaidi. The ceremony was opened by H.E.
Alain Azouaou, the French Ambassador in the UAE.
