The entire UAEU experience is designed to educate leaders who will be successful in their
careers and contributing members of their communities. Since our programs have been
designed in partnership with employers, our graduates are in great demand. In addition to
the theoretical knowledge that students receive in the classroom, all students participate in
internship experiences, giving them an opportunity to apply their knowledge in a real-world
setting and to build the connections and relationships that will be invaluable when they are
about to enter the working world. UAEU alumni now hold key positions in governmental and
non-governmental organizations across the country and beyond. In addition, our students
are taught that they have a responsibility to the broader community, so they participate in a
wide variety of volunteer community outreach programs.
UAEU has, indeed, become the instrument of national development that Sheikh Zayed
dreamed of in 1976, and our continuing investment in facilities, services, and staff ensures
that UAEU will continue to serve as a model of innovation and excellence for the UAE - and
for the world.
