Students may choose to transfer from one College to another only once. The transfer shall take
place within the framework of the general admission policies of the United Arab Emirates University.
Applications will be submitted to the Admission and Registration Department during the last two
weeks of the semester. A decision will be made between the Academic Record and Registration
Department and the Colleges if requirements are met.
1. Transfer Internally from One College to Another:
Students may apply for transfer from another educational institution to the United Arab Emirates
University. The transfer shall take place within the framework of the general admission policies of
the United Arab Emirates University. The conditions of eligibility for transfer shall be:
• Students must have successfully completed at least two semesters with a minimum of 24 credit
hours or one academic year in an accredited university. The overall grade in that university
should correspond to a minimum GPA not less than 2.5 out of 4.
• Students must satisfy the admission requirements of UAEU and the qualifying conditions
for the College.
• Valid English Certificate: Academic IELTS = (5.0) or TOEFL IBT = (61) or TOEFL ITP = (500) is required.
• High School Grade12 Certificate must be 75% or above.
• If there are seats available within the quota assigned to the College for the semester in question.
