Performance & Development

The Performance & Development team's primary responsibility is to implement performance and development strategies, policies and programs that support the University's vision and strategy. This includes coordinating training & development activities that support the professional development of University employees and overseeing the University's performance management framework. The HRSDM team manages and maintains all HR systems and infrastructure as well as records management and HR analysis and reporting. Read more

Compensation & Benefits

The Compensation & Benefits team assists employees and Faculties/Departments in the development of Job Descriptions, job evaluation and grading, benefits management and leave and pension administration. Read more
