Elite Scholarship Opportunities for UAEU Students

In an effort to provide tomorrow's technology industry leaders with world-class education and work opportunities, Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC) and Advanced Technology Investment Company (ATIC) are offering higher education scholarship opportunities for UAEU students - the "Elite" Scholarships.  A presentation will be held for University students at Al Ain Rotana Hotel on Tuesday April 20, 2010 from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m.

The Elite Scholarship is designed to support Abu Dhabi's strategic investments in advanced technologies; provide UAE Nationals with access to world-class education; create a well-rounded education experience through mentoring, work placement, and a range of other extracurricular activities; and maximize the participation and the potential of women in the technology industry.

The targeted majors are Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics and Material Sciences.  The Elite Scholarship is open to all students:

  • In the final year of, or already holding a high school diploma with a minimum score of 85
  • Already enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • In the final year of, or already holding a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Already enrolled in a Master's Degree
