Jotun has informed the University that they are currently looking for highly motivated, young talents for an 18-month individual trainee programme and invited CBE graduates to apply for these opportunities. The objective of this program is to hire young management graduates and take them through an intensive training in various international locations with the purpose of grooming them to take up strategic management positions post the training period.
This program will take the trainees through a challenging and exciting journey in different parts of the organization. Graduates will experience working with colleagues and customers from a diversity of cultures and nationalities. Selected candidates will be given specific tasks and assignments throughout the traineeship. This will form a good basis for a further career within Jotun after the trainee program.
