The University Information Technology Sector (UITS) supports the vision of the University by providing information
technology products and services that support the University’s teaching, learning, research and administrative
activities.
The last academic year was challenging and rewarding for the UITS team as we have implemented technology portfolio
that fulfills the needs of the University community. We have undertaken many initiatives that produced new products
and services including, developed new software solutions, enhanced existing systems, applications, network, and
IT infrastructure. Particular emphasis was placed on projects that support collaboration, connectivity, mobility, and
efficient administrative services that support the University’s strategic goals.
