Academic document Printing & Payment Solution:
Considering the unique requirement of automating printing and payment mechanism for students who are willing
to avail their academic documents. UITS has successfully implemented & automated document printing and payment
within admission & registration unit. Within this unique solution students can pay the amount using self-service
payment machines installed on both male and female sides of the campus and accordingly can request documents
against that payment. The major benefit of the solution is :
The new solution enabled university to track usage while providing increased accessibility and convenience for students
as well as our administrative unit (Admission & registration and Finance). UITS is working on expending this solution for
other payable services as well as accessible from UAEU mobile app.
