Within academic year 2013-2014 UITS has achieved a significant success in terms of aligning our IT service management
processes with international recognized best practices and standards like ITIL, ISO and COBIT. We have automated
incident, problem, knowledge and request fulfillment management processes with IT service management suite. UITS has
experienced better user satisfaction through self-service solutions that have increased operational efficiency and improved
customer service quality. Additionally, we have anticipated better IT incident response and resolution time, improved
performance against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and reduced overall operational cost.
