The Finance and Administration Division supports the academic, research, and strategic
objectives of United Arab Emirates University through an integrated framework that
ensures the effective and responsible management of financial, human, and operational
resources. The Division contributes to creating an enabling institutional environment
that supports the University in fulfilling its mission and achieving its future aspirations.
The Division’s services include financial affairs and budgeting, human resources, facilities management, procurement, health and safety, as well as a range of essential administrative functions and services that support the University’s various divisions, colleges, centers, and units. These services ensure business continuity and enhance the efficiency of institutional operations.
We continuously work to develop the University’s administrative and financial framework, enhance the efficient utilization of resources, uphold the principles of governance, transparency, and accountability, and adopt leading institutional practices. These efforts enhance service quality and contribute to achieving the University’s strategic priorities.
We also continue to leverage modern technologies and artificial intelligence applications to enhance our services and operations, advance digital transformation, streamline procedures, improve operational efficiency, and provide reliable data and information to support informed decision-making. These efforts support the University’s aspirations toward a more agile, efficient, and sustainable institutional model.
