Student Support Services
• Student Counseling
The Student Counseling and Support Services (SCSS) provides individual and group counseling to UAEU students in an effort
to educate and help them in matters relating to behavioral, emotional and psychological needs. Our counseling services
utilize a service system that emphasizes trust, respect, confidentiality, and compassion. The SCSS team is committed to the
well-being and betterment of our students throughout their educational years at UAEU.
• Healthcare Services
The Student Health Services Department is dedicated to providing the highest quality healthcare for UAEU students. Our
team of health professionals are committed to the overall well-being of UAEU students while they are on campus.
• Information Technology Support Services (ITSS)
Students and faculty can receive support from the Information Technology Support Services Department through a
number of mediums including phone, fax, email, live chat, by submitting an online request or by going directly to the ITSS
Department located centrally or within each College.
• Security
To ensure your security, the University campus is enclosed. Security personnel are stationed at each entrance and allow
entry only to authorized persons.
