Following is an information of the alert services. Please read on to learn more.
SMS System
A new and an updated free SMS alert system has been introduced , and you will be notified about the status of your application's.
Automated Notification System
The system automatically send out an email message to employees and mangers at the following times :
Visa Renewal (Expat Employees only)

(2) Month notification to staff and faculty employees.

Employees are asked to contact the Immigration Unit in General Services to coordinate the renewal process.
Passport Renewal (Expat employees only)

(7) Month notification to staff and faculty employees.

Employees are reminded to contact their embassy to begin the renewal process.

This is only possible where the University has the employees current passport details in the system. If you have renewed your passport and not advised the Immigration Unit please do so.
