His Highness the late President Has called upon "Ministers, Departments, and the various business sectors to shoulder their responsibility in training and qualifying youth for direct entry into the labor market in order to demonstrate the national capability of framing the homeland future in the age of open economy. All National institutions must join hands to undertake this task".
