Over the past academic year 2016/2017, the DOIT has undertaken many initiatives that produced new products and services including, developing new software solutions, enhancing
existing systems, applications, network, and core infrastructures. We are constantly looking for ways to transform technology and effectively support and manage standard and
professional excellence by providing cost-effective and scalable technological products and services.
During the 2016/2017 academic year, the DOIT has implemented information systems that delivered financial and functional benefits by simplifying the business process and
delivering a considerable cost savings by increasing efficiency and staff productivities, reduce administrative costs, processing time, paperwork, and increase student, faculty, staff
and partners’ satisfaction.
