Enterprise data center
Operation &management team
Oversees day to day operations for the state-of-the-Art UAEU
data centers and is responsible for site availability, working
with operations and engineering teams. Defines priorities for
Data Center projects and be responsible for consistent, clear
communication about production and test environments.
Builds on a culture of accountability and quality delivery
to create a resilient Data Center infrastructure. Involved in
setting up the project’s architecture, environments, system
testing and deployment.
Enterprise Video Conferencing
management team
Team encompasses support for multimedia conferences
(video, audio, web, streaming, etc.) from data entry to
technical support. Team Assists and provides guidance to
end users on VC requests, Performs basic trouble shooting
on site and Complete administrative tasks such as
completing AV information tracking forms, maintaining
usage statistics and client basic reports as required.
Enterprise telecommunication
Team
Team provides fast, reliable and cost effective
telecommunication services from data to voice, dial-up to
high speed and wired to cellular. The team supports and
manages all new VoIP and legacy telephone system and
coordinate between IT and service providers.
Enterprise Data storage & backup
management Team.
Event Support Team
Team is responsible for configuration, administration and
monitoring of centralized data storage systems to make sure
that the system is maintained and available for internal and
external users. Team is overseeing the administration of
Enterprise Backup, Recovery, Disaster Recovery and SAN and
having the responsibility of proactively intervenes to solve
problems before they impact UAEU community.
Team is responsible for providing technology support and
requirements for events conducted within UAEU. Day to
day event requirement of lighting, sound, mixing and
presentation technology as well as live streaming within
UAEU campuses as well for outdoor events.
Enterprise Security
Operation &management team
Responsible for providing direction, oversight and
management of the information technology security
program to protect against potential IT threats and
vulnerabilities. Oversees implementation of the project’s
security systems/procedures and ensures the project’s
security systems/procedures are up to date and sufficient
for the project’s needs and security concerns. Manages
information system security engineering activities.
