The archive created by Source One is not just for litigation purposes only, it can be used by users to search and view their
emails as well. Source One provides a Web URL, where users can search the archive for their emails and attachments. The
search features provided by Source One are quite extensive and provide several criteria’s to search mails as can be seen
from the below screenshot.
Since under the compliance feature, all emails are stored in the archive, whether they are deleted or not, it also serves as
a place where users can easily restore their deleted or lost emails. Instead of opening a case and going through the long
process of restoring emails from backup, users can simply access their archive, search for mails they would like to restore,
right click and click restore, and within a matter of seconds the emails will be back in their outlook.
