Re-Admission
Students who have withdrawn or were dismissed due to discontinuation of studies may apply for re-admission in accordance with the university’s approved regulations, subject to capacity and seat availability in the relevant colleges and programs, as well as dormitory availability (if applicable).
Undergraduate Programs
Admission Conditions
- The student must have been in good academic standing at the time of withdrawal or discontinuation.
- The student must not have been dismissed from the university for disciplinary or academic reasons.
- The student must meet all the admission criteria of the desired college or program.
- The discontinuation of studies must not exceed three years (six semesters).
- Re-admission is allowed only once during the student’s academic journey at the university.
Service Procedures
Students wishing to be re-admitted must submit a formal request via the following email: UG@uaeu.ac.ae
The request must include the following documents:
- Official academic transcript.
- Appeal letter explaining the reasons for the discontinuation and the desire to return.
- Supporting documents (if any), such as medical reports or force majeure conditions.
Graduate Programs (Master’s and Ph.D.)
Students wishing to re-enroll in graduate programs must directly contact the program coordinator or the College of Graduate Studies to submit a re-admission request, according to the internal procedures approved by the concerned college.
Application Deadlines
Applicants must submit their applications within the following periods:
- First Semester Deadline: April 30, 2025
- Second Semester Deadline: October 30, 2025
Important Notes
- Applications are subject to review by the relevant committee, and submission does not guarantee approval.
- Administrative fees apply as determined by the university.
- Students are advised to check their email regularly for updates and official responses.
