STUDENT SERVICES AND RESOURCES
This section lists and briefly describes miscellaneous services and resources that are available to students. Graduate
students in need of services that are not listed in this document are advised to check the University’s website or
contact the College of Graduate Studies for information.
ID Cards
Upon admission to UAEU, all students will receive official Student Identification (ID) Cards from the Admissions
Department for use while they are active students at the University. Students are required to carry their ID Cards
while they are on campus and must present their Cards in order to obtain various services, including admission to
final examinations, and to gain access to campus facilities. ID Cards are the property of UAEU and a student must
return his/her card to the University upon graduation or any other cessation of active enrollment at the University.
Lost, found and stolen cards must be reported promptly to the Registration Department.
