Service Catalogue Automation
This system is a combination of many workflows designed and developed using in house Microsoft sharepoint portal. This
portal is also being used as an enterprise portal for all the services provided to staff, students and faculties. We have used
the inbuilt workflow capabilities of sharepoint portal and developed these workflows to automate several services of the IT
Support department of UITS. We have automated manual forms of IT support services using the workflow.
