The College of Medicine and Health Sciences at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) will organize a conference and workshop titled ‘Highlights on Digestive Diseases in the Elderly’ next Friday, 9 January 2015 at the Ayla Hotel in Al-Ain.

This event is organized in cooperation with Emirates Digestive Diseases Group. The keynote speakers will focus on the aging GI track and nutritional needs, anemia in the elderly, abdominal pain in the elderly, patient selection and quality indicators, chronic liver disease in the elderly, common diseases in the elderly, and common GI surgical problems in the elderly.
