In his speech, H.E. Zaki Anwar Nusseibeh emphasized that "UAEU has a long history of excellence and leadership, founded by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may his soul rest in peace. In 1976, his vision was to establish an educational institution that would meet the nation's needs and contribute to its progress and prosperity. The university has actively contributed to the development of higher education in the country and continues to enrich scientific research and innovation while maintaining the highest standards of academic excellence."

He added, "We look to the future with a firm vision for UAEU, our 'Mother National University', to be among the world’s leading research institutions, believing that high-quality scientific research is the cornerstone of achieving these aspirations." H.E. directed his message to the researchers, saying, "Your success in making an impact in prestigious global scientific journals reflects the quality of your work and enhances the university’s reputation globally. It is a tangible measure of the value of your research. Every achievement reflects the impact of your ideas and the legacy you are building for yourselves and for the institution."

He further stated, "The reputation of UAEU as a leading research institution heavily depends on your efforts. Your work shapes the future of this leading university, and your research opens new horizons for knowledge, addressing both local and global challenges."
