The UAEU holds a special collection of British documents are what were written and recorded by British politicians, military personnel, administrators, travellers, and diplomats between 1820 and 1971.
In these documents, they recorded the wealth of information they discovered about many aspects of life, not only in the Arab Gulf region, but also in all parts of the world where British influence reached. In the case of the Arab Gulf region, the British left millions of documents, including correspondence, reports, letters, explanations, and interpretations.
This collection is available in the Main Library on campus at the UAEU .
