BIOGRAPHY
I hold a PhD hosted by the University of Reading (UK) and supervised by Prof Craig Steel and Dr Helen Kennerley (both from the University of Oxford). I also have a Master of Arts in Psychoanalytic Studies from the University of London and a Postgraduate Master's Level Professional Diploma in Evidence-Based Psychological Treatments from the Charley Waller Institute.
Currently, I am an external academic supervisor for a Clinical Psychology Doctorate student at the University of Oxford. With over 10 years of experience in the UK’s National Health Service, including 6 years at the Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, I have extensive experience as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and supervisor. My clinical training also includes schema therapy, mindfulness-based CBT, and compassion-focused therapy.
