With more than 3,000 students and 150 faculty members, the College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CHSS) is the largest of the nine colleges that make up the University. The CHSS is recognized as one of the nation’s leading colleges in humanities and social sciences. It serves a diverse community of over 3000 students, and 200 faculty members and staff from various cultural and professional backgrounds. The College is renowned for its first-class teaching and cutting-edge research across a wide range of academic disciplines that address the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century. It attracts students at both undergraduate and graduate levels from around the world.
