Universities Challenges in Food Security and Sustainability

Submission Requirements

1. Participant Information:
   The form should include fields for participants (graduate and undergraduate student + Team leader) to provide the following details:
• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• University Name (Team Leader and 2-5 Members)
2. Abstract Submission:

• • Participants must submit an abstract (in .docx or .pdf format) outlining their innovative solutions for food security and sustainability.
  • The abstract should not exceed 350 words and must briefly describe the problem being addressed, the proposed solution, and its potential impact.

    3.  Poster Presentation:

Accepted abstract participants are required to prepare a physical poster with dimensions of 90 cm X 100 cm (W x L). They must bring their poster on the day of the event, Oct 22nd, 2025, for display during a special session. Three Judges will assess each poster separately during this session.
