BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Abdul Jaleel holds a Ph.D. degree in Botany with specialization in Plant Physiology. He is currently teaching courses in Integrative Agriculture at undergraduate and graduate levels. In research and scholarly activities Dr. Abdul Jaleel is currently recipient of many research grants. He has guided graduate and undergraduate level thesis research and currently guiding Masters and Ph.D. students in research. His major research areas are Native Medicinal Plants, Climate Smart Agriculture technologies with special emphasis to Aquaponics, Vertical Farming, Hydroponics etc. He won many awards for his outstanding performance during his studies and research. He is serving as Executive Editor of Emirates Journal of Food and Agriculture published by the CAVM-UAEU, and is on the editorial board of many international journals and a regular reviewer for many international scientific journals. He has authored many international scientific articles in reputed journals and books together with many conference proceedings and chapters.
