SHORT BIOGRAPHY: DR WILLEM VISSER
a. Leadership Development– Willie has a wide-ranging knowledge base, experience, and practical application in Leadership Development with regards to the development of competency models for various levels of leadership, the development of validated 360° Multi-rater and Upward Feedback Instruments, the development of Leadership Development Programs, Action Learning and Executive Coaching.
b. Subject Matter Expert on Employee Engagement – Willie facilitated many Employee Engagement improvement processes for various companies. This included the development of Employee Engagement Surveys, measuring the levels of employee engagement, the key contributors to engagement and what leaders need to do to enhance employee engagement.
c. Developed Reliable and Valid Leadership and other Assessment Instruments – Willie has a proven history of developing reliable and valid diagnostic (assessment) instruments assessing leadership competencies, corporate culture, employee engagement and innovation.
d. Thought Leader – Willie presented the results of his research and work in organizations on a regular basis at various conferences and symposiums, giving him the opportunity to share his work with peers in his field.
e. Registered Industrial Psychologist – Willie is a registered Industrial Psychologist with the South African Health Professions Council.
