Dr. Sultan Alsuwaidi is assistant professor of foundation of education at United Arab Emirates University. He had been Working for nine years in UAE Ministry of Education as electronics teacher 1999-2003 then Head Section of Academic Affairs 2004 - 2008, Department of Technical Education, Ministry of Education, UAE. His research focuses on research Instructional leadership, Culture Knowledge, Professional Development and Student Career Interest
