Payment Options
Tuition fees for the first and second semesters for postgraduate programs and international students are due at the end of the add-and-drop period in each semester. The student can follow up on the payments through the website or the mobile application in the tuition fees field.
Students whose tuition fees are paid through the official sponsor must submit a valid official letter of financial agreement from the sponsor within a maximum period of the second week of the start of the study.
No mark or result of the semester work will be given to the student until he settles the amounts owed by him, and failure to do so will result in cancellation of his registration, deprivation of registration benefits, withholding of transcripts and documents, and the possibility of his being late in graduating.
The Student Accounts Unit manages the financial operations of student accounts regarding tuition fees, deposits, and other student financial transactions. You can follow the fee payment details by logging in to your e-services.
Students who pay by bank transfer must provide the Student Accounts Unit with the original copy of the receipt. Otherwise, the payment will not be approved.
For inquiries, you can contact us during working hours from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm from Monday to Thursday and half a working day on Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon.
Installment Payment Plan
The (tuition fee installment) service allows students to pay the tuition fees due to them during each semester in installments. The student can divide the tuition fees into three installments within three months, in which the student is obligated to pay the amount agreed upon in the service before the specified date.
And the period for providing the tuition fee installment service for the second semester of 2022/2023 during the period from 09th Jan 2023 to 29th of Jan 2023.
Note: The student must apply for the installment service each semester through the student's online portal (the method is shown below). The installment service pays the tuition fees only on the total remaining tuition fees when applying.
Please note that the student must complete the course schedule before applying for the installment plan. So that if there is any change in the installment plan in terms of adding or deleting a course, the installment plan will be considered canceled and cannot re-apply again.
**Failure to pay tuition fees in installments during or before the specified dates will lead to the suspension of university services, including registration, records, and monitoring of final grades. The student will be prohibited from attending lectures.

The student who does not apply for the installment service must comply with the payment within the deadline before the last day of add and drop period as per the UAEU calendar.
