Withdrawal Deadlines and Financial Obligations

This page outlines the approved deadlines for withdrawal from the University or from registered courses, as well as the applicable tuition fee refund percentages based on the date the withdrawal or registration suspension request is submitted, in accordance with the approved policies and procedures of United Arab Emirates University (UAEU).

Withdrawal or Registration Suspension Procedures

1. Submit the Request

• • Students must submit a request to withdraw from the University, withdraw from a course, or suspend their registration through the eService system within the designated period.

2. Review Financial Obligations and Refund Eligibility

• • The student’s financial obligations and applicable tuition fee refund percentage are determined based on the date the request is submitted.

3. Complete the Required Procedures

• • Withdrawal procedures must be completed in accordance with the University’s approved regulations and procedures. Any eligible refund, where applicable, will be processed after the student has completed all required clearance procedures.
  • If the request is submitted after the applicable deadline, the student will remain responsible for the full tuition fees due, and no tuition fee refund will be granted in accordance with the approved refund schedule.
