Refunds
Course Withdrawal Charges
Students wishing to withdraw from the university must initiate the withdrawal procedures through the eService system within the specific period specified below.
A student who withdraws from one or more courses during the add-and-drop period may refund the amount paid for the withdrawn course(s) based on the percentage shown below as per the submission date.
If the period allowed for submission expires, the student must pay the tuition fees in full.
Kindly note that, Refunds will be placed only if the student has approved clearance from the university.
