Course Withdrawal Charges
Students wishing to withdraw from the university must initiate the withdrawal procedures through the eService system within the specific period specified below.
A student who withdraws from one or more courses during the add-and-drop period may refund the amount paid for the withdrawn course(s) based on the percentage shown below as per the submission date.
In the event that the allowed application period has expired, the student shall be required to pay the full tuition fees. Please note that any additional amounts will only be refunded upon the completion of the university clearance process.
