Payment Methods

The only accepted payment method at the University is electronic payment (E-Payment) through the E-Services system, using one of the methods listed below.

Cash payments and personal bank transfers are not accepted.

*Note: Students must ensure that the type of fee is accurately selected before completing the payment process. Whether it is for housing fees, housing fines, or tuition fees to avoid any delays or processing errors.

*Please note that the customer will bear the bank transaction fee, which is currently 0.68% of the transaction amount (subject to change).

Steps to Pay Tuition Fees:

1. Go to the E-Services page via the UAEU website or mobile application.
2. Click on the E-Service option at the top menu.
3. From the list, click on Financial Services and select Student Tuition Installments & Payments.
4. Enter the required payment amount, then click Submit to proceed to the secure e-Payment page.

Steps to Pay Housing Fees:

1. Go to the E-Services page via the UAEU website or mobile application.
2. Click on the E-Service option at the top menu.
3. From the list, click on Financial Services and select Student Housing Payment.
4. From the available options, choose the correct reason for payment—either Housing Fees or Housing Fines.
5. Enter the required payment amount, then click Submit to proceed to the secure e-Payment page.
