USAGE OF UAEU DIGITAL SERVICES

Objective

Engage stakeholders in the co-creation and improvement of UAEU services and policies through structured digital consultations in 2026, in alignment with TDRA Digital Participation requirements.

Expected decisions

• Prioritize the development of digital services based on user needs and preferences identified through the survey results.
• Continue engaging users through periodic surveys and feedback mechanisms to support the continuous improvement of digital services.
  
  

• Recommendations

  • Focus on service readiness and technical support during the morning, which represents the peak usage period.
  • Continue developing the most frequently used services, including Registration, E-Student Services, Degree Works, and the UAEU Application and Portal.
  • Enhance awareness of digital services and the e-Library to increase user engagement and utilization.
