Purpose of this Consultation
As a vital resource supporting education and academic research, UAEU's library seeks to improve service quality and better meet the needs of the academic community. This digital consultation aims to gather feedback from students, faculty, and researchers about their experiences with both digital and traditional library services.
Outcomes
- The survey results indicate a high level of satisfaction among undergraduate students with the library services. Approximately 55% of undergraduate respondents reported being very satisfied with the library overall.The areas receiving the highest satisfaction ratings such as:
- Library opening hours
- Availability of print books
