The College of Information Technology at UAEU successfully hosted the “AI-Unlocked: A Zero-Coding AI Quest” workshop, attracting over 300 participants from 40+ schools and institutions across the UAE.
The workshop offered an engaging, hands-on introduction to Artificial Intelligence, covering key topics such as machine learning, image processing, data analysis, and clustering—all through a zero-coding approach using intuitive tools. Participants followed step-by-step demonstrations and applied their knowledge in a practical project using real-world datasets.
The workshop featured a distinguished group of speakers, including Prof. Fady Alnajjar, Dr. Rawhi Alrae, Dr. Rafat Damseh, Mr. Mohammad Banat, Mr. Basheer Al-Rei, and Mr. Abdalraheem Alsmadi, who delivered the sessions and guided participants throughout the event.
The event received outstanding feedback, achieving an overall satisfaction rate of 92%, reflecting high engagement and strong impact. A dedicated online platform further enhanced the experience by providing easy access to materials, resources, and support.
This initiative highlights UAEU’s commitment to advancing AI awareness and preparing future-ready talents in line with national innovation goals.
