Abdullah Mustafa Jasim Mohammed Al Jasmi is a Consultant with the diplomatic rank
of Deputy Director in the International Law Department. He graduated from the United
Arab Emirates University in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in Law and has since held
various positions within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Notably, he served at the
Permanent Mission of the UAE to the United Nations in New York and held roles such
as Head of the Complaints and Grievances Department and Head of the Treaties and Multilateral
Agreements Department. Abdullah has participated in numerous international conferences
and negotiations, including those for treaties such as the arms trade treaty (ATT)
and the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT).
He holds a master's degree in Strategic and Security Studies from The National Defence College and has completed various diplomatic programs and workshops, including the Intensive Programme for Young Arab Diplomatic Leaders and workshops organized by the United Nations Institute.
Additionally, Abdullah holds a Diploma in Combating Human Trafficking and has completed requirements for the Public International Law Programme of La Haye Academy.
