Zero Government Bureaucracy Program
Overview
The United Arab Emirates University is launching the "Community Program in Zero Bureaucracy", which is a series of lectures and training workshops that aim to build an aware and active community that contributes to achieving a real transformation in the provision of government services by reducing procedures and simplifying operations to meet the needs of customers and improve the quality of life for all members of society.
The purpose of this short introductory workshop for leaders on all levels, is to make
leaders aware of their key role to drive and support the UAE Government in their journey
towards Zero Bureaucracy. Moving to an organizational state of Zero Bureaucracy, where organizations subscribe
to the notion of Zero Bureaucracy, is notoriously difficult. It requires a fundamental
change in organizational cultures as well as the way that leaders think about their
role in creating a culture of Zero Bureaucracy. The purpose of this program is to equip leaders with the practical skills needed to
