Application for Undergraduate Admissions - Readmissions to UAEU.

Service Description

Readmission can be considered for students who have withdrawn, or who have been dismissed, from the university for failure to register. This will only be considered in the case of vacancies being available in the colleges and admission may be either in the first and second semester of the academic year.

Students wishing to enroll in a program can apply online through our online application system.

 This online service allows you to:

• Complete the online admissions application at your own pace.
• Upload documents in support of your application (each document separately).
• Submit your online application.

Service Procedures

If you need additional assistance, you can visit the Admissions Department where a member of staff will assist you to complete the online application.

Target Audience

Students who have withdrawn, or who have been dismissed, from the university for failure to register.

Admissions Criteria

1. Students are admitted according to the number of places allocated by the admissions policy.
2. More than 6 semesters (3 years) must not have passed since the student dropped out.
3. The student should not have received any academic warnings or penalties.
4. The student must have completed a foundation year.
5. Applicant must have a valid English EmSAT 1250, or TOEFL ITP 525/iBT 70, or have an IELTS 5.5 band, or above. If not they will still have to take English in the foundation year.

Documents Required:

All applicants must complete application form. The application must be accompanied by the following documents:

1. Copy of a valid passport.
2. Copy of a valid visa (for non-locals).
3. Copy of UAE identity card.
4. Copy of letter of request (if available).
5. Copy of IELTS or TOFEL certificate (if available).

Important Dates

Applicants must submit their online application during the application period announced on the university’s website. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance after the Vice Chancellor’s approval.

Problem Resolution Time

From one hour to a maximum of three days depending on the severity of the issue.
