Housing Fees
All Students Non-citizen non-scholarship wishing to use UAEU housing facilities must adhere to the following rules:
- Only Students from outside the Al Ain City are hosted at UAEU housing.
- Housing charge AED 5000 per semester including food service & transportation.

Housing payment must be in advance and in one installment
- Housing payment is non-refundable for any reason.
- Payment must be completed before housing check in.
- Payment can be made as e-payment, bank transfer or deposit slip to the university's cashier.
- The housing office staff will not accept cash.
- Student housing regulations and policies are applied.
