The University Council, chaired by the Chancellor H.E. Saeed Ahmed Ghobash, is UAEU’s Governing Board. It is responsible for the quality, integrity, and financial sustainability of the University and for ensuring that its mission is being achieved.

The Vice Chancellor is the Chief Executive Officer of the University, responsible for the day-to-day operation of the institution across all academic and administrative functions.

The Vice Chancellor is supported by four Deputies, representing Academic Affairs, Research & Graduate Studies, Student Affairs & Enrollment, and Finance & Administrative Affairs.
