This program is designed to empower junior and middle managers to lead and manage more effectively to implement strategy, while enhancing the understanding of their role in a broader business context.
Our programs groom high potential executives, senior, and middle and junior managers to take on more advanced leadership and management roles and lead change effectively. In addition to functional courses, CBE presents integrated courses to prepare managers at various levels to function optimally at their new level of management. The integrated courses will benefit from the use of Learning Process Facilitators to optimise the learning experience.
