Cancellation and Postponements

Requests for postponing or cancelling your test must be made at least 5 weeks before the test date, and the following fees will be applicable.

• Postponement fee: AED 400
• Cancellation fee: AED 400

You will lose your full test fee if requests are made within 5 weeks of the exam date, or if you are absent on the test without giving prior notice. If you miss the exam for medical/ personal reasons, you need to submit appropriate evidence within 2 days of the test date. If approved, you will receive 750 AED refund or we will give you a new test date. Only following cases will be considered:

• Serious illness- e.g. hospital admission or serious injury (does not include minor illness such as a mild cold).
• Loss or bereavement death of a close family member.
• Hardship/ trauma victim of crime, victim of a traffic accident.
