Overview
The Department of Foundations of Education (FOED) is committed to the highest standards in the areas of teaching, research, and service. The FOED faculty members are committed to high quality teaching, produce important research studies, and are engaged in local and national community service.
The faculty members strive to enable their students to become educational leaders and future successful teachers. In addition to participating in the undergraduate teacher preparation programs, the FOED offers a Master degree in Educational Leadership and a PhD degree in Leadership and Policy Studies in Education. These are important programs to prepare future researchers and practitioners.

Mission
The Foundations of Education Department is committed to providing the best educational and research services through its Masters and Doctorate programs in light of community needs and international standards.

The Department of Foundations of Education has several facilities where students develop their skills and abilities and successfully communicate with educational societies inside and outside the College.
These facilities are:
