Abstract Submission Guidelines

This fair aims to showcase innovative work that promotes knowledge exchange, practical advancement, and collaboration across all domains of sport and exercise science, physical education, coaching, sports management, physical activity, health and well-being, inclusion, and accessibility.

The abstract should be structured with:

Research problem
Objectives
Methods
Results / Key findings
Conclusion / Implications

We also welcome abstract submissions on theoretical/conceptual papers, including literature reviews and ongoing research projects.

Abstracts should be submitted via the online abstract submission system
Abstracts in ENGLISH with a maximum of 300 words.
Abstracts not fulfilling requirements will be rejected.
Conference organizers will conduct random plagiarism checks. Plagiarism is not tolerated; abstracts with excessive plagiarism will be rejected.
Please declare if the submitted abstract was prepared with the aid of Generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT).
Deadline for Submission: 31 January 2026

Acceptance

Confirmation of Acceptance will be sent via email in February 2026.
