Science Week

Instructions

All inquiry/communication should be through ScienceWeek@uaeu.ac.ae

1. Each paid booth will be a fancy wooden stand that includes:

• Wooden Partition.

• Exhibitor name and logo.

• Reception counter.

• Customized Chair.

• 1 Table and 2 chairs.

• Spot lights.

• Electric socket.

• 2 sides for Graphic

2. If you want to have your own picture on the booth graphic side, send us a high resolution picture (in illustrator program) no later than next Monday April 01, 2019.

3. Make electronic registration in the Science Week website.

4. Send us names and Emirates ID of the exhibitors one week before the event.

5. Send us a list of the main instruments or tools that you will bring and present at your booth/stand one week before the event.

6. Bring your materials and prepare your stand a day before the event.

7. All attendance should respect the university dress code.

8. It is recommended to concentrate on the scientific products, and career opportunities.

School/university group visit:

1. Although the event is daily for all, it is strongly recommended that male schools come on the 1st day, female schools on the 2nd day, and 3rd day is open.
2. Make electronic registration in the Science Week website.
3. If you cannot register in the website, send us by science week email (ScienceWeek@uaeu.ac.ae), two days before coming, the followings:
   • School name
   • Number of students
   • Supervisor name(s)
   • Day of visit
4. Send us the school name and the expected number of students 2 days before coming.
5. If anyone wants to participate in any competition, workshop or other activities, please mention this in the electronic registration.
6. The Science Week has several activities at the same place and time, therefore please be organized and follow our supervisor’s instructions.

Alumni and other visitors:

1. Make electronic registration in the Science Week website, or send us your name, workplace and position in the email.
2. Inform us about the date of coming and leaving.
3. Send us a brief introduction about yourself (1-2 Paragraph) and photo if possible.
4. More information may be sent to you later.
