Overview
“The Science Week 2019 will be held on 22-24 April 2019”.
Science Week 2019 is an interactive event organized by the College of Science at the United Arab Emirates University. It is a three-day event from April 22 – 24, 2019, including many activities and programs targeting students, society and workplaces. In addition, each day is designated by a theme with supporting programs emphasizing the subject of that day.
The main objective of the event is to provide a better opportunity for students, institutions and community, to explore the importance of science and its strategic majors, especially those STEM related fields. Although, many activities, demonstrations, actions and displays will be presented by COS’s five departments (Chemistry, Geology, Physics, Biology & Mathematics), exhibitors will have also an excellent chance to demonstrate their work and organizations, as well as attracting students of targeted subjects.
