Vision

Achieve excellence in the quality and educational effectiveness of academic programs at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU).

Mission

Make a substantial positive contribution to the quality and educational effectiveness of academic programs at UAEU by applying best practices in program development and review, fostering the culture of outcomes-based education and promoting learning outcomes assessment awareness within the university community, and implementing state-of-the-art curriculum support systems.  

Goals

• Ensure that academic programs are developed in accordance with UAEU, national and international standards.
• Implement advanced electronic systems for facilitating curriculum development, review, and management as well as the assessment of learning outcomes. 
• Create and maintain a learning outcomes assessment culture and infrastructure at UAEU.
• Create and maintain outcomes-based periodic program review process and infrastructure at UAEU.
