Awareness of UAEU Services

Objective

The consultation aims to assess users' level of awareness of the United Arab Emirates University's digital services and the extent to which they benefit from them. It also seeks to identify opportunities to improve access to these services and encourage their use, thereby enhancing the user experience and increasing stakeholder satisfaction.

Expected Outcomes of the Consultation

· Develop and implement awareness initiatives and campaigns to increase users' knowledge of the available digital services.

· Enhance communication channels and the promotion of digital services to ensure that information reaches all target user groups.
