Workshop Description
Negotiating Skills are essential for gaining desirable outcomes. Those who frequently engage in negotiations recognize that a successful outcome requires careful preparation, analytical tools to diagnose bargaining situations quickly and accurately, an interpersonal style which they are comfortable with, and negotiation experience. Drawing on the latest advances in the field of negotiation analysis, the workshop demonstrates that negotiation skills can be improved using a strategic and structural approach. During the workshop, the participants will gain insight into their own style and understand your own strengths and limitations as a negotiator, understand the basic elements of negotiation and learn when to stay at the table and when to walk away, and develop skills relevant to the different strategies, and the ability to analyze the conditions under which one strategy is most likely to be effective than another.
